Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide a water hose with water inflatables; you are responsible for providing the hose to the rental.

Weekend rentals must be setup on grass to safely anchor the inflatable using stakes for multiple days (weather can change day to day).

Single day rentals, our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We require 50% of the balance to make a reservation. This amount is non-refundable, but we do have an excellent weather policy in case of inclement weather. 

Remaining balance will be due to the delivery driver at time of setup.

With weekend rentals, our equipment is not harmed if it gets wet. the main thing it to turn off any equipment if winds become strong or lightening occurs. With that being said, Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable and unexpected at times. Safety is our top priority.

The following conditions will make our weather policy active which allows you to reschedule at your convenience or accept a one-year credit (absolutely NO Refunds). In cases such as:

  • high winds over 20 MPH
  • temperatures below 40 degrees
  • ice or snow on the ground
  • steady precipitation expected all day
  • thunder, lightning or a 50% chance of severe weather the day of the event

The following reason are NOT reasons to cancel an event under our weather policy:

  • Weather is forecasting a 49% chance of precipitation or lower
  • Temperatures over 40 degrees
  • Muddy grass 

If we deliver your inflatable and weather becomes inclement, you are responsible for the entire rental fee as services were rendered. 

You (the renter) are responsible for the condition of the inflatable and responsible for cleaning the inflatable of any grass, mud, dirt, etc.

You do NOT have to worry about if the inflatable gets wet.

ABSOLUTELY no silly string, food, gum, candy, confetti, paint, or glitter is allowed in or near the inflatable.

If the inflatable is not in the same condition as when delivered, we can impose a $100 per hour cleaning fee.

If any silly string is used on or in the inflatable, you are responsible for total replacement cost of the unit (silly string will stain the inflatable).

 

First make sure you know where you want your inflatable and make sure it is within 50 feet of an electric outlet and have a water hose laid out (if renting a water inflatable). Please make sure your yard is clean of debris such as sticks, rocks, or animal droppings. Also remember animals are not permitted around the inflatable, so please put them up before the scheduled time for setup. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $50 per 15 minutes if we have to wait for these conditions to be met because we have other rentals and are always on a timed schedule. 

We will not deliver up or down any stairs and very steep hills. 

We absolutely will not setup at the following: 

  • apartment complexes
  • gravel areas
  • on the street (unless it is properly blocked off)
  • retention ponds
  • public parks (unless approved over the phone in advance, must be a school, church, or corporate event)

We will call and email you the day before your expected deliver date with instructions for delivery and the time the driver will arrive. 

If for some reason you cannot be at home at time of delivery, you can call us, make sure and pay your deposit, and take a picture of where you would like the inflatable setup, email the picture and any instructions and our driver will do their best to follow these instructions.

We accept Cash, Debit Card, Cash, Credit Card, and of course we accept Cash!

Sorry, we do not accept checks or other app type of payments. 

Delivery Driver can accept tips if you feel they deserve it!

All of our party rentals include free delivery, setup, and takedown to Sapulpa, Glenpool, Jenks, & Bixby.

We sometimes can deliver to other surrounding cities, but an additional fee may apply!
